Terms and Conditions for Adverts Digital Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of Ads setup services, campaign management by Adverts Digital (“We”), a digital marketing consultancy operated by a Greek citizen based in Greece. By engaging our services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Adverts Digital provides professional Ads setup & campaign management focused on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

    • Ads Setup & Management Services: Tiered plans including initial campaign setup (account configuration, audience targeting, keyword/ad creative development, budget setup) plus ongoing management and optimization for a set period. Choose your preferred platform(s).

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ROI, conversions, traffic), as outcomes depend on your market, budget, implementation, and external factors.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices exclude Greek VAT (24% standard rate applies to most EU B2C digital services—your invoice will include applicable VAT unless exempt or B2B reverse charge). Prices subject to change with notice.

Negotiate for multiple platform campaigns, long-term deals, or combined setup + coaching packages — contact us for custom quotes.

Ads Setup & Management Plans

Plan Price Description
Basic Plan $360 (USD) / €300 (EUR) Includes 1 campaign setup, 4 ad sets, and 1 ad on your preferred platform: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), or TikTok Ads. One-time setup only—no ongoing management.
Standard Plan $580 (USD) / €480 (EUR) Includes 2 weeks of campaign management, 4 ad sets, and 1 ad on your preferred platform: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), or TikTok Ads. Full setup + monitoring, adjustments, and basic optimization.
Premium Plan $999 (USD) / €600 (EUR) Includes 1 month of campaign management, 4 ad sets, and 1 ad on your preferred platform: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), or TikTok Ads. Comprehensive setup + ongoing optimization, reporting, and adjustments.

Payments via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. 50% deposit upfront for all plans; balance due upon completion (Basic) or end of management period (Standard/Premium).

3. Package Validity & Delivery

    • Ads Setup/Management: Basic delivered in 5–8 business days; management periods start post-launch.

4. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Book via email/Calendly. Reschedule with ≥12 hours notice. Late arrivals (20-min grace period) or no-shows forfeit the meeting without refund/credit.

5. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

    • EU Consumers (14-day withdrawal right): If you’re an EU consumer and services are digital/remote, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase/booking if no work has started (e.g., no setup begun). Email to withdraw; full refund (minus fees) within 14 days. Right lost once services start.

    • No refunds for partial use, no-shows, or mid-package cancellation. Discretionary exceptions possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

For the marketing services: Provide timely ad account access, business info, goals, creatives. Comply with platform policies. Apply guidance responsibly. Communicate respectfully.

7. Marketer Responsibilities

Deliver professional, confidential (GDPR-compliant) services with clear updates and honest feedback.

8. Results Disclaimer

No guaranteed outcomes—results vary based on many factors.

9. Intellectual Property

Materials, strategies, recordings for your personal/business use only. No redistribution/sharing without permission.

10. Privacy & Data

Processed per GDPR. Contact for details.

11. Governing Law

Laws of Greece and EU. Disputes in Greek courts.
